My friend Michael Gervais is one of the world's most successful sports psychologists. From working with the Seattle Seahawks and Pete Carroll to helping Felix Baumgartner become the first human to travel at the speed of sound without a capsule, he’s an elite high-performance psychologist working in high-stakes environments. The list of people, organizations, and projects he’s helped and worked on is too long to list here.

This is one of the few interviews where I was making notes on thoughts I wanted to revisit for my own development and the work I do with my team on fear and managing fear.

You're going to love this episode!

If you are a fan of my research and work on mindset, Michael has a gift and insight in explaining the complexity of psychology which makes it so easy to understand and appreciate.

He and Pete Carroll have a new Audible Original coming out tomorrow called Compete to Create. It will be a resource for learning how to train your mind and live better.
